Why working with me is different?

Over the last decade I have utilized a holistic and integrative approach with my clients. When working together I draw on my background as a licensed Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Yoga therapist and teacher, extensive study of shamanic dance, and many body based modalities. I have developed many body based therapy modalities for treatment centers. My clinical experience includes working at the Inpatient, Residential and Outpatient level at The Eating Recovery Center.

There are many reasons why clients choose to work with me as a therapist.  Here’s some of what we’ll do together~

  • Identify the obstacles and patterns that have prevented you from living the life you want and from being the person you want
  • Discern what is working in your life from what is not
  • Get present with yourself- so you know what you want and where you want to go
  • Move from feeling numb or stuck to greater joy and vitality
  • Learn how to free up the vital energy that is spent managing, suppressing and avoiding aspects of your past, so you can shift your attention to living fully in the present
  • Learn practical skills that can be used daily and will provide lasting change
  • Start speaking and living your truth
